The 1BL Fasting For Fat Loss Bootcamp is for 4 weeks. There is also a pre-bootcamp week to teach you the method and to get your prepped to go!
We provide a weekly sample Meal Plan including healthy recipes with an organized grocery list and instructions on how to prepare each recipe. However, this is just a guide to help you maximize the Program and help save you time. Use it at as your guide for convenience, but it is not mandatory to do so to complete the Program.
The daily workouts that we provide can be done anywhere. We do recommend some minor equipment (a few sets of dumbbell, a yoga mat and resistance bands), however you are welcome to use the suggested modifications if you don't have these items.
If you are a beginner at using weights, we recommend starting light. You can start with anywhere from 3 to 10 pounds. It is a good idea to have at least a lighter and a heavier set when getting started. You will very quickly know if your weights are too heavy or too light and you can make adjustments. If you are not a beginner at using weights. you will be using what weight you are used to lifting.
The 1BL Studio is not on Facebook. We wanted a space of our own dedicated to our members and without the distractions of all that happens on social media. Nothing against Facebook, but our community has one specific reason for existence - and that is to be a peaceful space for women to come to so they can focus on their health and wellness and fitness journey along with other like-minded women.
Intermittent Fasting or Time Restricted Eating is not starvation. Starvation happens when you don't know when your next meal is coming. Fasting is when you willfully withhold food for a set period of time. During our Program we discuss the various fasting options, our recommendations and why fasting is so beneficial to your health and can be an amazing weight loss tool.
We teach you about the things that you can incorporate during your fasting period of Time Restricted Eating. Herbal teas, black coffee and water are always acceptable but we will also give you recommendations for what to incorporate if you need a little assistance to get you through.
We teach you about a few different approaches to TRE and provide you with recommendations for each one. You will choose the method that works best for your life and depending on the method that you choose, you could be implementing TRE daily or several days per week.
Please consult with your doctor to be sure this program will align with your health condition. Although fasting is extremely beneficial and safe, if you are on medications for a health condition, you should have your doctors advice and intervention with your medication dosages anytime you begin a new nutritional plan.
This program is not for children, people who are malnourished, people with eating disorders or pregnant or nursing women. Although fasting is extremely beneficial and safe, if you are in one of these groups, we do not recommend limiting nutrients.
You will go to any app store to download the Mighty Networks app, which is the platform that our private & exclusive online studio is built on. Upon opening the app, you will click on Find a Mighty Network and type in 1 Body Life Studio. Then you will enter the login credential that you created when first purchasing the program. At any time, if you forget your password, you can request to reset it during this step.
At this time, our 1BL Studio is exclusive to women. However, we would love to hear from you if you are male and are interested. If we have enough interest, we may consider creating a community for men. We believe that we can be more specific to the needs of women as of right now, as we are female owned and operated.
